People around here tend to be either NPR or WFMU people.  I like WFMU.

91.1 WFMU - Freeform, awesome.
103.3 WPRB - Princeton college radio.  Sometimes great.
88.7 WRSU - Rutgers college radio.  All right sometimes.  There's a monday night talk show I kind of like.
89.5 WSOU - Hard core.  Mostly kind of emoish metalish stuff.
90.3 WVPH - Piscataway High School / Livingston university radio.  Almost all crap.
90.7 WFUV - ok, but they seem to spend all their time backannouncing.  And they have little fake commercials even though they're non-commercial
97.9 Spanish stuff.

Howard Stern - amusing
Phil Hendrie - pretty cool.  He hosts a talk show which has ridiculous guests and gets people to call up disagreeing with them.  Turns out he's doing the voice of the guest, insulting the caller, and the voice of the host, keeping the caller on the line, at the same time.  It's really obnoxious and shallow, but he's definitely talented.  His website, www.georgewbushisgod.com has a lot of obnoxious politics on it.
